Shipping Information
Shipping Details
- We offer free standard shipping on all orders across Canada.
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
- Orders placed after the daily cut-off time of 2:00 PM may be processed the next business day.
- Tracking information is provided by email once your order has shipped.
- Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location and carrier conditions.
- Large or high-value items may require additional handling time.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping options in the future.
Returns Policy
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened software, games, or digital products
- Custom or personalized items
- Clearance items marked as final sale
- Items showing signs of use or damage not caused by shipping
Failed Delivery / Unclaimed Packages
Packages that are refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable and returned to us may be subject to return shipping fees and handling deductions. Original shipping costs, where applicable, are non-refundable.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your shipment is delayed, please contact our support team and we will assist. If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, a replacement or refund will be issued depending on product availability and claim validation.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.
Warranty
Many products include a manufacturer warranty. In certain cases, customers may be directed to the manufacturer for faster support and service.
