Overview
Offering fast document digitization and wireless networking, the DS-940DW wireless mobile desktop scanner saves up to 11 inches of desk space thanks to its DSD (Desk Saving Design). Scan double-sided, colour and black and white materials up to 16 ppm in a single pass and a variety of documents including business and plastic ID cards, invoices and receipts up to 72 inches long. Scan to multiple destinations including File, Image, OCR, Email, Network, cloud services, mobile devices and micro SD card (not included). Compatible with Windows, Mac® and Linux® as well as TWAIN/SANE/WIA for PC/ICA for Mac drivers.

- Bundled software lets you do more. The included software suite provides document management and OCR software with automatic colour detection/adjustment, image rotation (PC only), bleed through/background removal, text enhancement, colour drop.
- On-the-go scanning. With the included battery, you're not limited to environments where you have access to external power. You can recharge the battery and power the DS-940DW with a micro USB 3.0 cable (included).
- Single-pass duplex scanning. To save time and help avoid document deterioration, the DS-940DW scans both sides of a document at one time, eliminating the need to rescan the document.
- Ultra-simplified, driverless scanning. Mass storage support allows you to utilize a Micro SD card with your scanner to scan documents and retrieve them on your PC without any driver installed.
- Flexible business processes/system support. Supports Windows, Mac® and Linux® environments and TWAIN/WIA for PC/ICA for Mac/SANE drivers.
