How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also view your order status by logging into your account and visiting the 'My Orders' page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and PayPal through our secure Shopify checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, please contact us immediately at support@solutionsbureaupak.ca and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
What is your warranty policy?
All products come with the manufacturer's warranty. We also offer extended warranty options on select items. Check individual product pages for specific warranty information.
Do you price match?
Yes, we offer price matching on identical items sold by authorized Canadian retailers, subject to the following conditions: the product must be identical in brand, model, condition, and specifications, and must be in stock and available for immediate purchase from an authorized Canadian retailer (marketplaces, third-party sellers, and unauthorized resellers are excluded). The competitor’s price must be publicly advertised, current, and verifiable. Price matching applies to the item price only and excludes shipping fees, taxes, coupons, bundle offers, and promotional discounts. We do not price match clearance items, flash sales, limited-time events (such as Black Friday or Boxing Day), or pricing errors. All price match requests must be submitted prior to placing an order and are subject to verification and approval. We reserve the right to decline any request at our sole discretion.
